Wild Times In The Cemetery
Resurrectionists return in all their glory
Ghostly spectacles chasing down their dreams
Planners planning one more party
Family reunions under midnight beams
All the dead and mangled forms
Returning for one night
Discussing the state of their deaths
Everyone has a complaint
About a lifetime that’s gone by
Still claiming that it’s all a ruse
Wild times in the cemetery
All who enter will be confused
It's not the quiet place one supposes
The inhabitants will be elated at the news
Orators on the merits of rising once again
Hucksters still trying to sell their souls
Spectres and spectacles recreating deadly scenes
Nervous phantoms meeting to discuss the state of being dead.
Party crashers lates as always
Reluctant shadows checking out the score
Ghostly games played with skin and bones
Death deniers at their game
Boundaries of death have remained
When the sun shines they rest in quiet repose
Wild times in the cemetery tonight
All who enter will be confused
It's not the quiet place one supposes
The inhabitants will be elated at the news
