An act of god

An act of faith

I truly

Cannot embrace

An act of love

I’m no fool

Spent too much time

Loving you

An open mind

An open heart

Cannot jump start

There’s too much pain

Left inside

I cannot run

Like pouring pain

Love will never

In my heart
