The Plan

I am told there is a plan

That one has never seen

You must have faith I'm told

I know where that one has been

All the trust in the world

Ends up in one guys hands

Then we all have to pay

That is all he plans

Money comes and money goes

That’s all we ever see

Build us some larger buildings

Give power to the rich to be

And when all is said and done

The plan has fallen through

The faithful never move on

The plan has to be seen through
